What do we do?

Put people first with a flawless customer experience

Whenever a customer is looking for an answer to a question about Nium, its products and features or a transaction, they can reach out to us. As a department, we not only answer questions but provide all-round flawless customer experience.

What’s our role at Nium?

We typically deal with customer queries but we can get queries from anywhere – like local authorities or other organizations who are looking to partner with Nium.

Internally, we support multiple departments within Nium. This can be around a product launch, new marketing campaign, reviewing our product FAQs, or actively reaching out to a customer to satisfy certain checks and balances.
