What do we do?

Power the machine that drives Nium.

Operations helps onboard new clients and partners, manage daily engagements and solve day-to-day problems. We support clients and partners in meeting requirements to launch their card programs, provide operational and consultation support to internal teams and ensure smooth running of processes after they go live.

We support Know Your Customer (KYC) operations by analysing and processing client data, and we process and return complex transactions.

What’s our role at Nium?

We support all onboarding-related queries and concerns.

We process complex payments that fall through the technology layer, enabling straight-through processing.

We liaise with finance, technology and compliance on various issues related to KYC, processing delays and reconciliation of transactions, and providing guidance on card requirements.
